How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are by booking only, To book an appointment you can call us, text us or message us on Facebook, visit our
contact us page for details.
Where are you located?
We are based in the Black Isle in the Scottish Highlands in a village called Avoch. Full details of location will be given on initial booking.
If I am looking for a package for our team, how do we tailor our requirements?
Any packages for teams will be handled via email enquiry or over the phone. Once you have been in touch we will contact you with a breakdown of your tailored package and answer any questions you may have before we finalise.
Can I use supplements for the majority of my nutrition?
No. Supplements should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet.
Can I take supplements if I only train 2-3 times a week?
Yes, you can take supplements. The required supplements will differ depending on the intensity and type of exercise. However, even when taking part in light training, supplements are designed to aid in the recovery of the muscle tissue.
Complaints
We endeavour to deal with all complaints seriously and efficiently. Once you have logged a complaint with us we will do our best to work closely with you to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. Complaints can be made in writing and emailed to elite@wreckpowerperformance.co.uk. All information relating to returning goods/cancellations/refunds can be found below and in
section 7 of our
Terms & Conditions.
Cancelation Policy for clinical appointments/ personal training:
Cancelling within 24h of Treatment/ Appointment, (charged full amount of treatment).
Cancelling greater than 24h before Appointment (no charge).
Returns/Cancellations/Refunds Policy
All information relating to returning goods/cancellations/refunds can be found below and in section 7 of our
Terms & Conditions.
This and the following paragraph apply if you buy as a consumer as defined in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”). Provided the Regulations apply to the transaction concerned, then the following terms apply to the contract.
1. We now inform you that information relating to all aspects of our Goods is not in this document but in our marketing material, whether that is in the medium of Our Website or in hard copy.
2. The following rules apply to cancellation of your order:
• If you have ordered Goods, but not received them, you may cancel your order without giving a reason, at any time within 14 days of your order. You will have no obligation and we will return your money
• If you have ordered Goods, and received them, you may cancel your order at any time within 14 days of the date you received them. You must tell us that you wish to cancel. You must also send the Goods back to us within that same 14 day period.
We will return your money subject to the following conditions:
• we receive the Goods in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.
• you comply with our procedure for returns and refunds. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.
3 The option to cancel your order is not available:
• if you purchase sealed goods which relate to health or hygiene, and they become unsealed after delivery, or cannot be re-sold for some other reason;
• if they are a hard medium for a product in soft copy, which comes to you sealed and is returned to us unsealed.
• if the Goods are somehow mixed with other goods so that we cannot identify or easily separate them.
4. You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods. We have no obligation to refund to you, your cost of re-packing and returning the Goods.
5. In any of the above scenarios, we will return your money within 14 days.
How do I return/cancel my order?
All information relating to returning goods/cancellations/refunds can be found in the Returns/Cancellations/Refunds Policy above and in section 7 of our
Terms & Conditions.
Please inform us of your decision to cancel this contract before the cancellation period has expired: if you have not yet received your goods, cancellation should be within 14 days of the order date; if you have received your goods, cancellation should be within 14 days of receiving the order. Please send the following information to us by post, e-mail or via the form below.
• Buyer’s Name, Postal Address, Phone Number, E-mail Address
• Date of Order
• Order Reference
• Date of Cancellation
Please include the following statement, or similar version clearly stating your cancellation request and adding details of the cancelled goods: I/We hereby give notice that I/we cancel my/our contract of sale of the following products: [enter details of goods to be cancelled].
Once we have received your intention of cancellation, we will reply to you. You must return the goods to us within that same 14 day period. For information on refunds and rules for cancellation, please see the Returns/Cancellations/Refunds Policy above or Section 7 of our
Terms & Conditions.
