Personal Training


Our personal training sessions can cater to individuals or groups of up to 3 people. A session will include a free initial consultation to discuss what your aims and goals are and the time frame required to achieve your goals. Following this we will collect base metrics to help track and monitor progress over the duration of your training.


Your training will be tailored to your needs and requirements taking any injuries or limitations into account.

Optimum results depending on your goals can be achieved through a variety of programmes. we suggest a minimum 3 month programme, an example would be: 

Goal - weight loss for a wedding.

Due to the short 3 month time frame, a 3 session a week programme is required. This consists of 2 in person sessions a week one on Monday and one on Friday with a home programme to be completed once a week on a Wednesday.

This would be £55 for the first week to include the programming and £50 per week there after. this includes a multiple weekly session discount!

This is just an example programme and depending on the goal it may take up to a 1 year to achieve.

We also offer individual technical sessions for specific requirements.


Our Prices for in person sessions are as follows:

One to One session £30

Two to One session £20 per person

Three to One session £15 per person

At home programmes £POA


Depending on length of programme and requirements prices may vary.

Group Fitness Classes


 Our group fitness classes are focused on mainly bodyweight exercise. Our classes focus on making you train to a point that allows the body to adapt and grow stronger. We currently run two types of group fitness classes:


General Fitness Class:

Our general mixed fitness classes run as a block of 6 at £36 for the block. This is a block booking class only. It focuses on full body conditioning using bodyweight exercises that can be tailored to individual requirements. This could include adapting to injury or restriction or making an exercise easier or harder depending on your fitness level. Due to our adaptability the class is open to all levels of fitness and currently runs at 7pm on a Tuesday.


Mum and Baby Fitness class:

Our Mum and baby fitness class is open to mums that are 3 months post partum or more and allows you to bring your baby with you. The class runs as a block of 6 for £36 or you can pay as you go for £7 as we understand that life with a new-born can be unpredictable. The class itself also focuses on bodyweight training but with an emphasis on recovery post pregnancy and aids in the recovery and return to your pre baby body. The class currently runs at 10.30am on a Tuesday.

Cancelation Policy:

Cancelling within 24h of session, (charged full amount of session).

Cancelling greater than 24h before session (no charge).
